We do that at Realty World Wichita.  We "Keep it Simple Stupid" by keeping commission and services separate.  The split is the split, and ALL services are included.  No copy counts, no charge for color, Virtual tours included, web space included.  No accounting, no programs or arguing over what was done by whom, or how much I used this month.
